Veteran theater and screen actor Bernardo Bernardo who was known for his remarkable role in the 1980 film “City After Dark” and in his most recent film “Ang Larawan” passed away at 73.
His niece Susan Vecina Santos shared the news on Facebook earlier today and thanked everyone who prayed for her uncle.

Although his niece did not mention the cause of his death, Bernardo was diagnosed with a tumor in his pancreas January this year.
The actor’s wake will be held at St Peter’s Chapel in Quezon City.
