In an interview with Tonight Boy Abunda (October 9, 2015), MMA (mixed martial arts) fighter Ali Khatibi revealed that he already proposed marriage to actress and girlfriend Cristine Reyes.
Program host Boy Abunda asked Ali how it happened and Ali said:
“It happened lang po, we were just talking, spur of the moment po talaga. It’s very personal, very intimate, it’s just the both of us. I didn’t even have the ring with me pa that time.”
Boy then ask Cristine how she felt after hearing the proposal, Cristine said “Parang ‘yong emptiness sa heart ko no’ng dumating siya na-fill ‘yon“.
The couple shared that the wedding will happen 2015 but refused to give a specific date.
