Critically acclaimed director Joyce Bernal revealed that the Pambansang Bae, Alden Richards will most probably headline an upcoming Koreanovela-inspired GMA7 series called “My Love From The Star.”
In an interview with Pep.ph, Direk Joyce shared that she will hopefully collaborate with the Pambansang Bae for a project patterned after the famous Korean series which aired on the Kapuso network back in 2014.

Direk Joyce said that it is highly possible that Alden will be portraying the lead role in the series. In addition, various reports are suggesting that GMA7 was able to buy the rights to create a Pinoy version of the said series.
“Ang alam ko si Alden, pero di ko alam kung si Maine. Ang alam ko siya (Alden), siya ang sinabi sa akin.”
The critically acclaimed director also mentioned how excited she is to collaborate with the Pambansang Bae again after first working with the actor back in 2013 and “Eat Bulaga’s” Lenten special this year.
