Former ‘Goin’ Bulilit’ member Kiray Celis could not help but air her sentiments on social media after her bag was left in Manila on her flight to Davao City.
Kiray called out Cebu Pacific Air and expressed her disappointment over her bag as she shared her unpleasant experience with the airline.
