It was undeniably an awkward moment for everyone when Binibining Pilipinas candidate Sandra Lemonon was not able to answer the question about the government’s “build build build” project during the pageant’s Q&A portion.
But what seemed to be an almost face palm moment for the candidate turned out to be a ‘winning’ moment as she gained praises from netizens for not being pretentious.
