The camp of Sunshine Cruz made it clear that the Violence Against Women and their Children (VAWC) case they filed against Cesar Montano has nothing to do with the property issue as alleged by the camp of Montano.
Cesar Montano said in a statement that he signed a compromise agreement giving Sunshine what she want and requested the actress not to drag their innocent daughters to settle their differences just to suit her personal interest.

But despite this development, Sunshine will continue with the case she filed against Cesar saying that she is simply protecting her daughters. In her Instagram post, Sunshine said “I am a mom and protecting them is my no. 1 priority. Thank you..“ with a photo saying:
“I filed this complaint to protect my daughers. They deserve to be loved and to be raised properly. Any loving mother would protect and fight for her children to the fullest.“
