“It was a dream come true for me yesterday to be part of the Tokyo Marathon 2017. It has always been part of my bucket list to do a marathon. I quietly trained for this with my running coach @i_am_kenyan Ken Mendola and my running group Fort Santi for close to 10 months. Since it was my first time to do a marathon. I did not know what to expect. I’m truly thankful I was able to cross the finish line feeling good and I finished safely with God’s grace 🙏🏻 ” wrote Charlene in her post.
