Kapamilya actress Bea Alonzo is one of the most successful actresses in the Philippines after her massive success in countless teleseryes and movies she has done during her long spanning career. But the actress said that it took risks before she became successful.
In an interview in “Tonight with Boy Abunda,” Alonzo revealed that she joined showbiz with uncertainties and took projects she was unsure of.

“Sa career ko I accepted projects na hindi ko alam kung saan ako dadalhin nung panahon na yun. Kahit yung pag-aartista, yung pagpili lang na magaartista ako. Nung panahon na yun, hindi ko alam kung may pupuntahan ba tong ginagawa ko. At hindi naman kami mayaman so talagang nag-aaksaya ako nung panahon na yun ng effort, ng panahon ng pamilya ko, ng pera na dapat nilalagay namin sa ibang bagay,” she answered.
