One of the cutest babies on the block, Scarlet Snow has another very adorable video this week.
On an Instagram post, Hayden Kho – Scarlet’s father – tried to make baby Scarlet wear a crown but she was hesitant to do so. However, the cute toddler did agree once presented with a cookie.
