A netizen by the name of Sidemiod Francisco Datanam posted on his Facebook page the current condition of character actor Dick Israel. According to Sidemiod, the actor whose real name is Ricardo Michaca is in need of help after a fire razed his house in Caloocan City.
In a Facebook page (Ikwento Mo Kay Delio), a photo of the actor was posted with the following message:
“Dick Israel isa sa hinangaan natin artista. kontrabida at komedyante noong dekada 80’s. Matapos magkasakit, nadamay naman sa sunog ang kanyang tinitirahan. Sana may mag paabot sa kanya ng tulong sa mga naka sama nya sa industriya. Kailangan nya ng damit .gamot at pagkain. Please share.
Sana makatulong tayo kay Idol Dick Israel nasunugan po sya , sa mga gusto po tumulong, address nya po ay #144 Evangelista st. Bagong Barrio Caloocan city”
The post has gathered thousands of shares and netizens is asking former colleagues of Israel in the film industry to help him.
