Former ABS-CBN President and veteran actress-host Charo Santos-Concio is bound to mark her most awaited big screen comeback as she collaborates with versatile actor John Lloyd Cruz in a film directed by the award-winning director, Lav Diaz.
In an interview with entertainment journalist Mario Dumaual for ABS-CBN’s evening news program, ‘TV Patrol,’ the 60-year-old actress-host talked about her upcoming film collaboration with the 32-year-old actor.

“I feel very grateful that he accepted the project. He’s very good, he’s very focused. I fell in love with the character so I said, ‘Yes’ (to the project).”
It has been three decades or 30 years since the former ABS-CBN President last portrayed a lead role in the big screen. As of the moment, she is set to team up with John Lloyd for the film, ‘Horacia, Ang Babaeng Humayo’ which was based on Leo Tolstoy’s ‘God Sees the Truth, But Waits.’
