The stars of Eat Bulaga KalyeSerye was awarded by the Catholic Social Media Summit for “promoting Filipino Christian values and virtues.”
Present during the awarding ceremony held at the Sta. Rosa City Auditorium were Maine Mendoza (aka Yaya Dub), Wally Bayola (aka Lola Nidora), and the people behind the hit Kalyeserye series.
The awards given are as follows:
Maine Mendoza (Yaya Dub) – Catholic Social Media Achievement Award for being influencial in propagating Christian values to the youth.
Lola Nidora – Catholic Social Media Award for being instrumental in spreading good values in media.
Alden Richards – Catholic Social Media Award for being a good youth role model.
TAPE Inc. – Achievement Award for producing #KalyeSerye and giving importance to promoting Christian family values and virtues.
AlDubNation Team wins Achievement Award for spreading #KalyeSerye values online through inspirational posts and tweets.
