Rica Peralejo apologizes for calling nurses “unprofessional”

Actress Rica Peralejo apologized to the nurses who got offended of her post on social media especially to the nurses at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Taguig for calling them “unprofessional.”

This was after Rica expressed through social media her discontent regarding her experience with the nurses and the hospital staff at St. Luke’s wherein they wanted to take pictures with her despite her condition.

With this, the actress posted a “peace offering” through her blog “Wanders & Wonders” on Thursday (September 3, 2015).

On the said post, Rica asked for forgiveness for assuming that the women wearing the hospital’s official scrubs were nurses. However, she also stressed that her concerns in her previous posts where not meant to get at nurses but more about hospital policies.

The 34-year-old actress also attached a song in the said post entitled “The Apology Song.”

“The very first song my son’s ever liked is the one from Book of Life called “The Apology Song” and I am attaching it here with a sincere apology to all the nurses who got so emotionally charged with my mistake of calling them out on social media, especially the ones from St.Luke’s, since I now see how bad it got from the other threads.
