We all know the importance of fans to the success of a celebrity. Some even say fans are the lifeblood of every celebrity. That is why most celebrities are going out of their way to make their fans happy.
But this is not the case for Asia’s songbird Regine Velasquez Alcasid. For Regine, her priority right now is God and her family.
On her Twitter account, there are some fans who expressed their disappointment over Regine’s voice and performance. Some of her fans simply cannot accept the fact that her (Regine) voice has changed over the years. Regine is now 45 years old.
Regine tried to explain her side that her voice before and now is no longer the same. And she is not forcing anyone to continue supporting her if they find her unworthy of their admiration.

Regine added that her voice is a gift from God so she wants to glorify God with her voice. Regine said she has dedicated her life entertaining her fans and she is really thankful for their support.
Regine again reminded her fans that while it is painful to admit – her voice will never be the same again.
