

Former President Ferdinand Marcos was laid to rest in the Libingan ng mga Bayani, Taguig City on Friday, leaving a nation surprised and divided.
The burial was announced publicly only at past 10:00 am by Philippines National Police. Libingan ng mga Bayani was heavily guarded by security, barring the public and media to witness the ceremony.

Marcos Family and some close guests were inside, with most of them wearing white except for the wife of the late President, Imelda Marcos, who wore a black dress.
