It was announced that Kris Aquino and Herbert Bautista will be a doing a movie project together. The still-untitled film will be about the story of two friends who were in love but got separated. 20 years later, there paths crossed again but they already already kids but without partners.
In the movie, Herbert will have two children while Kris will have one which will be played by her own son Bimby.
During an interview with ABS-CBN, Kris revealed that the movie project almost didn’t push through because Bimby did not like the idea pairing her mom with Herbert.
Mama he broke your heart, and he will break your heart again.” said Bimby. Kris had to explain and convince Bimby that she has to do the movie.
“Please let me do this honey… Your mama needs closure” said Kris. Bimby eventually agreed.
When asked to comment, Herbert jokingly said “And I need the job”.
