Toilet papers are normally use by people for wiping and cleaning things. Would you believe that it can also be used to make wedding dresses? Believe it. As a matter of fact, there is a Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Contest done annually.
During the 12th annual Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Contest, there were more than 1,500 entries vying for the $10,000 grand prize. The contest is presented by Cheap Chic Weddings and Charmin.
And for 2016, Van Tran of Brooklyn, New York won the event. Part of her $10,000 prize is a trip for two in the United States.
