Actress Bea Alonzo was rushed to the hospital after falling off a sailboat. Bea is currently filming “Crossroads”, co-starring Richard Gomez and Dawn Zulueta. IN her Instagram post, Bea took a photo of her hospital tag with her real name on it – Phylbert Angelie Ranollo.
