Ethan Richmond became social media famous after his video wherein he pretended to have a phone conversation with President Duterte during the election campaign period went viral. In the said video, Ethan asked “Tatay Digong” to get rid of the “bad guys” and put them to jail.
The adorable four-year-old Filipino-British Duterte fan was then invited to meet his “Tatay Digong” and made a courtesy call to the Malacañang or the “People’s Palace” last August 30, Tuesday.
