Patrick Garcia tied the knot with Nikka Martinez last March 21, 2015 at Blue Leaf in Parañaque City, it was a lovely ceremony which was witnessed by their close friends and relatives.
In past interviews Patrick has shared that his ex-girlfriend, actress Jennylyn Mercado will attend the wedding since their son; Alex Jazz is the ring bearer. But it was a surprise when Jennylyn was a no show even if she herself has said that she will indeed attend the ceremony.

The entertainment site Journal had the opportunity to talk with Jennylyn’s close friend and shared the reason on why Jennylyn did not attend the wedding.
According to Jennylyn’s friend, Jennylyn knows that the affair is a special moment for Patrick and Nikka and she just don’t want to steal the scene.
Jennylyn’s friend added that when Jennylyn allowed Alex Jazz to be a part of his father’s special day, it is already a sign that she is showing her support to both Patrick and Nikka.
