‘Tawag Ng Tanghalan’ grand champion Noven Belleza was formally charged before the Cebu City Prosecutor’s Office. Earlier reports indicated that Belleza allegedly tried to rape a girl during his guest performance in a Cebu concert.
In a Facebook post by The Freemen, the victim claimed that she was raped inside a condominium unit where Belleza was staying during his stay in Cebu.

“Police have filed rape charges against “Tawag ng Tanghalan” winner Noven Belleza before the Cebu City Prosecutor’s Office. The victim, a local performer, was present during the filing. She claimed that Belleza raped her inside a condominium unit where the latter stayed while in Cebu as guest performer in a concert.”
