“Tawag ng Tanghalan: grand champion Noven Belleza was arrested July 16, 2017 (Sunday) for allegedly trying to rape another singer in Cebu City.
In a report by SunStar Cebu, it was the victim’s family who nabbed Belleza after he allegedly tried to rape the victim.

Mabolo Police Station chief Jacinto Mandal confirmed the report and said Belleza did not resist the arrest. Around 1pm, Belleza was reportedly brought to a hospital after complaining of chest pains.
