On Monday (July 24, 2017) President Rodrigo Duterte held his second State of the Nation Address (SONA), and the citizens of the country were all able to listen to the glorious speech and announcements made by the President for this year.
The SONA is attended by multiple personalities ranging from politicians, cabinet members, and celebrities who all look stunning and dashing while wearing their elegant attires for the said event.
