Michelle inspired netizens with her fitness journey as she shared a photo of her before and after body.
She wrote: “It doesn’t come easy… but with willpower and dedication it is possible! –
Started at 130lbs on January 11th and down to 120.6lbs on March 18,2018. I came to a point where giving up was the best thing to do because I thought I wasn’t making any progress… and that is actually the time you need to push yourself!
Don’t let the weighing scale define your progress!”
“I am 5 lbs heavier pre pregnancy but I have never felt so much better than before! Definitely in love with my toned arms and bigger thighs because “sexy” in the Philippines means being “skinny” and I am so over it! I was used to people telling me don’t lift too much weights or hey your legs are getting bigger.. it won’t look good on tv.
All I want to do now is inspire women out there to go get the body you’ve always wanted!”
