Neil Arce shares excitement to see what’s next with Angel Locsin

Actress Angel Locin celebrated her 32nd birthday last April 23 and friends surprised her with a birthday party, one of those who attended her party was rumored suitor Neil Arce. The rumored special relationship between Neil and Angel started when photos of them spending sometime in HongKong was posted on social media.
