Being known for hosting extravagant and one-of-a-kind birthday parties, the mother of People’s Champ Manny Pacquiao, Dionisia Pacquiao—or widely tagged as Mommy Dionisia—set the bars higher by hosting a Miss Universe and Pia Wurtzbach-inspired birthday celebration.
As Mommy Dionisia marked her 67th birthday on Sunday (May 15, 2016), the People’s Champ made it a point to give his mother a proper celebration. Through an Instagram upload on his mother’s special day, Manny expressed his heartwarming message for Mommy Dionisia which goes:
