Actress Mariel Rodriguez-Padilla who is currently four months on the way hinted that she may take a leave of absense from her duty as a host of ABS-CBN noontime show “It’s Showtime.”
The decision was arrived at after Mariel rushed herself to the hospital thinking that something is wrong with her baby. It can be recalled that Mariel went through two miscarriages.

Mariel added that she feels she needs to take a rest and thank her “It’s Showtime” family for being so understanding and supportive. Mariel assures her fans and followers that she and her baby is doing fine.
