Even though countless reports are suggesting that the former real life celebrity couple Angel Locsin and Luis Manzano have called it quits, the Kapamilya actor-host remains vocal when it comes to expressing his concern over the award-winning actress’ health condition.
As seen on the Sunday (March 27, 2016) episode of ABS-CBN’s talent reality show “Pilipinas Got Talent Season 5,” Luis immediately came into rescue when Angel complained of a subtle back pain she felt.

Based on the video snippet aired by “Pilipinas Got Talent,” Luis asked Angel if she is experiencing any form of back pain, wherein the Kapamilya actress affirmed, “May ngalay factor lang.”
Fellow “Pilipinas Got Talent” judge Robin Padilla, who is seated right next to the Kapamilya actress, teased Angel by saying: “Nandito lang si Luis, ayaw mo nang sabihing masakit.”
