The Queen of All Media posted a photo showing her sunburned back with the following caption:
“Quits na tayo sa lahat ng nahirapan mag commute these past few days, patas ang mundo, patche patche naman ang balat ko.”

The remark she made got the ire of most netizens branding the post as insensitive. On November 21, 2015, Kris posted her apologies saying she will never crack a joke again:
