Fans and followers of Jed Madela were saddened by the news that their idol will no longer be part of “Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids”, but instead singer songwriter Ogie Alcasid will take over his place.
The announcement was made during the ABS-CBN Trade Event.

Jed admitted that he felt sad when he found out about the news and clarified that he did not quit the show, its a rule that he has to follow.
“Well they told me that a different judge will take my place for YFSF KIDS coz they all need to be “parents”. I dunno with Season 3 though” tweeted Jed on his Twitter account.
