Merely a month since Kapamilya actor Jake Cuenca revealed that he and ex-girlfriend Sara Grace Kelley have mutually decided to end their relationship, the 29-year-old actor was spotted spending some time with his 20-year-old ex-flame in New York.
As seen on the actor’s lengthy and heartfelt Instagram post on Monday (April 11, 2016), Jake took time to meet his ex-flame during his month-long vacation in the United States.

Through the photo’s caption, the Kapamilya actor shared his sweet message for his “favorite person in the world,” which happens to be his former sweetheart. Moreover, Jake mentioned that he and Sara spent some time together in New York after their reported split a few months back.

The circumstances have changed but you are still the only person who can make me smile the way that you do, the only person I know who can make my heart skip a beat.
