Kapamilya actor Jake Cuenca has confirmed his break up with American model Sarah Grace Kelly.
“Yeah, we broke up,” said Jake when asked by Pep.ph. According to the actor, they got back together for three months after initially breaking up but things didn’t work out the second time around.

Jake cited “conflict of interests” and distance as reasons on why his relationship with Sarah didn’t work out.
The actor thinks that their second break-up is “final.” “No, hindi na talaga, and I don’t think she’s coming back. I think she’s home,” said the former “Pasion de Amor” star.
After their break-up, Jake is looking to move forward and focus on his job.
