Is he the new special friend of Kris Aquino?

Weeks before her birthday, actress and TV host Kris Aquino posted a video showing her house full of beautiful balloons. Kris said the balloons was an early birthday surprise from someone she did not mention.

According to an article published by entertainment website Pep.ph, the identity of the sender is Renan Morales, a former N-1 racing champion and F3 Formula Driver and the incumbent San Antonio, Nueva Ecija councilor.
