Businessman and film producer Neil Arce was seen with actress Angel Locsin in Hongkong prompting fans and followers of Angel to ask if Neil is courting their idol. Angel along with her friends from ABS-CBN went to Hongkong during the holidays.
There are those who downplayed the report saying Neil and Angel have been friends for a longtime now. Neil is the former boyfriend of Bella Padilla and Maxene Magalona.
