GMA 7 launched its newest primetime serye “That’s My Amboy” starring Kapuso teen love team Barbie Forteza and Andre Paras.
Following the success of the recently concluded top-rating series “The Half Sisters,” Barbie and Andre are back in the limelight to give life to the characters of Maria Rosario “Maru” Carreon and Bryan Ford in “That’s My Amboy.”

On Thursday evening (January 21, 2016), a press conference for the upcoming television series was held at the GMA Network Center in Quezon City.
Based from the trailer shown at the conference, the story basically revolves around the characters of Barbie and Andre; how they started off annoying each other but ends up falling for one another.
In the series, Bryan was the reason why Maru’s stepfather got into an accident. To pay for the damages, Bryan’s manager hired Maru to be Bryan’s personal assistant. But the two always get on each other’s nerves. They finally became friends when something happened to Bryan and Maru was there for him. This brought them closer and eventually they fell for each other.
