Despite difficulty in balancing studies and work at the same time, Kapuso young star Barbie Forteza managed to pass the Alternative Learning System, a home school program and graduated from High School in San Francisco High School, Quezon City last Saturday (June 27, 2015),
In an interview with Chika Minute, Barbie was happy because her hard work has already been paid off. She was also one of the students who got high grades.

“Hindi biro kasi di ba, sobrang hirap talaga sa totoo lang. Pero nakakatuwa, nakaka-proud kasi finally natapos ko na rin. At bagong achivement ‘to sa buhay ko, bagong accomplishement,” said Barbie.
On her Instagram account, Barbie also shared a video clip of her speech, captioned:
“I, Barbara Ambas Forteza. A proud ALS Exam Passer and Highschool Graduate.”
Kapuso actress, Vaness del Moral also graduated from High School along with Barbie. Vaness uploaded a photo of them during their commencement exercises with the following caption:
“Congrats sa atin @barbaraforteza. Finally finished our high school. :)”
