There is no denying that ‘Once Upon A Kiss’ leading man (or is leading teen more appropriate?) Miguel Tanfelix is getting bigger media attention this year.
Aside from ‘Once Upon A Kiss’ being a nightly top-rater, Miguel is also nominated in the 6th Golden Screen TV Awards produced by Enpress. On his Instagram post, he shared a photo announcing that his performance for the series ‘Niño’ is up for the “outstanding performance by an actor in a drama program” trophy, to be held at Carlos P. Romulo Auditorium, RCBC Plaza on April 26.

Though he hasn’t won yet, Miguel is already proud to be nominated along with the fine actors of this generation, namely Paulo Avelino for ‘Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon’, Dingdong Dantes for ‘Ang Dalawang Mrs. Real’, Sid Lucero in ‘Katipunan’, Alwyn Uytingco for ‘Beki Boxer’ and Coco Martin for ‘Ikaw Lamang’.
And who knows, maybe his portrayal of a mentally-challenge child will earn him the best actor nod. Congratulations in advance, Miguel!
