Miss Universe 1969 Gloria Diaz has something to say to silence her bashers over her comments on the chances of BB. Pilipinas Universe Maxine Medina in winning the Miss Universe pageant.
“Sige na nga, I was just joking. Actually, Maxine is the one talaga who is going to win. OK na ba sila?” said Ms. Diaz during her interview on OMJ hosted by Ogie Diaz and MJ Felipe aired over ABS-CBN DZMM on Saturday (January 29, 2017).

Diaz have been saying that she is in full support of Maxine but the truth of the matter is it is rare for a host country to win the Miss Universe.
