Four out of the nine finalists in the final leg of the ‘Asia’s Got Talent’ competition are Filipinos – Gerphil Flores, teen dance troupe Junior New System, 10-year-old singer Gwyneth Dorado and El Gamma Penumbra.
During the finals, Gerphil sang ‘Impossible Dream’, Gwyneth Dorado performed the song ‘Titanium’, Junior New System gave their best by dancing to a mix of songs and El Gamma Penumbra again delivered a touching and moving performance to the tune of ‘Colors of the Wind’.
All four judges – Grammy award winner David Foster, Spice Girls’ Melanie C, Indonesian rock star Anggun, and Taiwanese-American pop idol Van Ness Wu gave the Filipino talents a standing ovation on every performance expressing their admiration to the efforts shown by our talents.
