‘The Voice’ Kids first runner-up Darren Espanto held his birthday concert last Friday, May 29 at the Mall of Asia Arena. At 14, Darren is the youngest performer to ever hold a solo major concert on a major venue like the Mall of Asia Arena.
More than 10,000 Darrenatics showed up to witness the transformation of Darren – from a kid to a total performer that can captivate anyone by his voice and moves.
Darren repertoire of songs include “Sana’y Maghintay Ang Walang Hanggan’, ‘Iduyan Mo’, ‘Saan Darating Ang Umaga?’, ‘Man in the Mirror’, ‘Ngayon’, ‘Hallelujah’, ‘Chandelier’ and a lot more.
Some of the celebrities spotted in the audience were: Kris Aquino, Jed Madela, Phil Younghusband and his The Voice Kids coach Sarah Geronimo.
CHISMS.net witnessed this very successful concert of Darren and it was indeed a superb show.
