The Queen of All Media Kris Aquino mentioned in Monday’s episode (September 7, 2015) of her daily morning show “Kris TV” that it takes two people for a relationship to fail.
In line with the topic, Kris asked her fellow “Etiquette for Mistresses” star Claudine Barretto what went wrong with her relationship with Raymart Santiago?

Although Claudine hesitated to talk about her failed relationship with estranged husband Raymart Santiago, she answered, “I think, rebound kasi. ‘Wag na ‘dun na tayo kasi masakit. ‘Wag na natin pag-usapan.”
Kris then said it is necessary to elaborate on what “rebound” means to which Claudine explained: “Buuin mo muna ang sarili mo as a person before you expect another person to complete you.”
Claudine confessed that she was so heartbroken when she entered the relationship with Raymart.
“Before I was so sad, so heartbroken. Namatayan ako tapos there was somebody who was there parang knight and shining armor, parang I played safe,” said the Optimum star.
Claudine also said that their relationship could have been successful if she was ‘whole’ then.
Kris added, “You wanted someone to lean on when actually you should learn how to stand on your own first.”
Despite being involved in a public legal feud before, former couple Claudine and Raymart confirmed they are now friends.
