With the recent concert of international singer Christina Perri here in the Philippines last March 5,2015, she shared with ABS-CBN news how honored she was singing for her Filipino fans.
“When I heard that I was finally coming to the Philippines, I was ecstatic, I was so excited” the international singer said.

“I feel like the Filipino fans have been so over the top supportive” she added.
After her concert, ABS-CBN news anchor MJ Felipe had the chance to show Christina a video of “The Voice of the Philippines Season 2” grand winner, Jason Dy, belting out her hit song entitled “Jar of Hearts”.
While watching the video, the international singer got emotional. “Oh God I’m gonna’ cry, he killed it” she exclaimed.
“That may be the best arrangement; that might be my favorite arrangement I’ve ever seen” she added.
After watching the video, Christina greeted Jason; she thanked him for choosing her song and appreciated how good Jason’s version was.
Christina is also popularly known for her song “A Thousand Years”, which was an original soundtrack for the hit movie franchise “Twilight”.
