Brian Poe Llamanzares, son of presidential aspirant Grace Poe, admitted that his controversial 2011 Limited Edition Nike Mag 10 Back to the Future II Marty McFly 2015 is just a replica which he bought for only ₱10,000.
According to a report by InterAksyon.com last Monday (February 15, 2016), Brian confirmed that his shoes are mere replicas. He also offered an apology to all those who were offended by his Instagram post which he immediately deleted.

“I apologize if anyone was offended by my shoes, it was never my intention to upset anyone. I just wanted to buy myself something after saving up for months.”
Brian also revealed that he did not know much about the shoes and bought it primarily because of its design which caught his interest.
“I don’t know much about shoes and I’m not exactly a sneaker expert so when I saw these online (at P10,000) and I liked the design, I saved up and bought the shoes.”
