An emotional Angel Locsin appeared on ABS-CBN news program TV Patrol to announce that her current health condition prevents her from doing the ‘Darna’ movie.
Angel developed a disc bulge in her spine due to her rigorous training as part of her preparation for the said movie. Angel experienced backpains and was confined last August 2015. According to her doctors, recovery will take around six to eight months.
“Sana maayos na itong likod ko. ako naniniwala ako soon na gaaling din ito. mag thank you lang po talaga ako sa inyo. wala akong hihingin na anything. enough na yung pinapakita nyo sa akin.” said a teary eyed Angel.
