Direk Joey Reyes applauded the “Pambansang Bae” Alden Richards for personally sending him a “thank you text” after posting an in-depth analysis of the “AlDub” phenomenon on his blog “Choking On My Adobo” entitled “si Dimples at si Yaya.”
The multi-awarded director took to Twitter his appreciation of Alden’s deed. He also said that he was able to prove that the actor is “a cut above the rest.” He wrote:
