Award-winning Kapamilya actress Aiko Melendez confirmed in an interview that she and her eldest child, Andrei Yllana once had a misunderstanding because of her new beau, Iranian businessman Shahin Alimirzapour.
During her television guesting on ABS-CBN’s daily morning talk show, ‘Magandang Buhay’ on Tuesday (May 24, 2016), the 40-year-old veteran actress admitted that it took almost a week and a half for her to clear things out with Andrei.

Apparently, Andrei somehow felt hurt that his mom confirmed her relationship with Shahin through an Instagram post even before personally talking to him about the matter.
“Ito’ yung parang major na tampo niya sa akin. Kasi normally ‘pag may hindi kami pinagkakasunduan ay mga three days, pero ito inabot kami ng one week, three days. Bilang na bilang ko, hindi niya ako kinakausap. Cold treatment kasi alam niya na I go out on dates, he knows that. Ang pagkakamali ko lang kasi ay inamin ko sa Instagram bago sa kanya. So pagkakamali ko naman talaga ‘yon. I’m really sorry, son, about that.”
