The “unexpected gift” the singer is referring to is none other than her boyfriend Conrad. In the caption, she also thanked Conrad for “bringing back joy and happiness in her heart.”

After being together for over a year now, Conrad and Zsa Zsa revealed in an episode of the daily morning show “Kris TV” that they are planning to marry in Italy in 2016.
