A video circulated online showing actress Angel Locsin with Nino Barbers, son of former Senator Robert Barbers. Fans and followers of Angel started to speculate if Nino is Angel’s new inspiration.
The two was seen together when Angel went to CCP to watch the Cinemalaya 2016 entry “I America”. “I America” is a dramedy about a complex half-Pinay, half-Caucasian lady looking for American living in Olongapo City (Philippines) who tries to get her passport and US visa in order to meet her father personally for the first time.
Angel even posted on Instagram a photo showing her, Nino and their other friends.
People close to Angel and Nino said the two have been good friends for quite sometime now.
