In a previous interview with Wendell Ramos on Aquino and Abunda Tonight, he reveals his hopes of transferring to ABS-CBN. He was a former contract artist of GMA-7 and TV5.
It seems that the Kapamilya network opened their doors for him and Wendell will officially join the afternoon series “Pasion de Amor” where he will portray the son of Gabriella Salcedo-Elizondo (Teresa Loyzaga). With this, reports came out that he will officially transfer to the Kapamilya network but there is no confirmation yet.

On Pasion de Amor’s official Instagram account, they formally introduced Wendell’s character as they shared the following photo captioned:
“Siya si Gabriel. Panganay na anak ni Gabriela. Siya ba’y kakampi o kaaway? Abangan sa hottest primetime teleserye, #PasionDeAmor! @wendellramos2015”
As his first-ever acting project, he starred in an episode of the legal-drama anthology “Ipaglaban Mo”. He has also appeared in a number of Star Cinema films, including “Wedding Tayo, Wedding Hindi” in 2011 and “Sukob” in 2006.
