The newest internet sensation Scarlet Snow Belo has already finished celebrating her second birthday last March (2017), but it was only recently that videos of party were released online.
The mother of Scarlet, Vicki Belo released the videos of her daughter’s birthday bash on her Youtube account, showing fans of the adorable toddler what happened during the joyous event.
